LOADING DOCK

To use our loading dock, Please complete and return the form to your Event Manager ten days before your arrival. Access to the loading dock is available from 7 am to 10 pm, and all trucks must be in the bay by 10 pm. Only one truck is allowed at the loading dock at a time, and we ask that trucks unload quickly without leaving the vehicle unattended. For load-out, ensure items are ready at the dock before moving the truck into position, and again, do not leave the truck unattended. Street waiting or parking is not permitted, and there is no onsite parking for staging or overnight parking.
