We are arranging your reservations individually through our PassKey link, which will be provided to you. Reservations must be made by the cut-off date specified in your contract. Your Group Housing and Billing Coordinator will be your point of contact for any billing questions or changes to your room block. If you are unsure who your Coordinator is, please contact your Event Manager for assistance.
Selections are due 20 business days prior to the start of your event. After this date, JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort will do its best to accommodate any requests; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of your selections.
The payment deadlines are outlined in your contract. If you need assistance with these dates, please contact your Event Manager. Payments can be made through your Group Housing and Billing Coordinator.
Your final guest count is due no less than 3 business days before your event. Once we are within this 3-day window, changes to your guest count will not be possible. If we do not receive the final guest count by this deadline, your expected number of guests will be used as the guarantee. For plated meals, please provide the number of each entrée required.
